Crews remain on scene of a fire at a multi unit structure on King street in Welland.
Seven fire trucks were dispatched to the blaze which broke out just before 5:00 this morning
Tenants who live in apartments in the two storey building are being helped by the Red Cross.
All residents have been accounted for.
