A Colorado low is forecast to bring a mixed bag of precipitation to Southern Ontario including Niagara starting overnight tonight as a special weather statement remains in effect for the region.

We could see anywhere from 4 to 8 cm accumulation, before changing to freezing rain.
Freezing rain will continue for several hours before changing to rain Tuesday afternoon.
Travel is likely to be affected.
Additionally, strong easterly winds gusting up to 80 km/h are expected Tuesday.
Freezing rain warnings may be required as this event draws closer.
