Niagara Regional Police have confirmed a situation at Brock University.
In a series of tweets, Constable Phil Gavin says police responded to a report of a shooting around 8pm.
Upon arrival, officers found 3 people injured.
2 people had been stabbed, and one person had been shot with what they believe to be a pellet or BB gun.
All have been taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
4 suspects were seen fleeing from the scene in a car.
Police say there are working on descriptions.
They believe this to be a targeted attack, and say there is no ongoing threat at the University.
Contrary to rumours online, the school was not on lockdown and this was not an 'active shooter' situation.
