We will have to wait awhile longer to learn the outcome of another Dellen Millard murder trial.
Millard looked calm in court yesterday morning in a grey sports jacket, wearing glasses and a wooden pendant around his neck.
The judge presiding over his third murder trial setting a date of September 24th to announce a verdict in the case
Millard is accused of killing his father Wayne Millard in 2012.
The death of the elder Millard was initially ruled a suicide.
The Crown says Dellen was angry his dad was spending money he stood to inherit on a business he didn't want.
Millard has been convicted of first-degree murder in the deaths of Tim Bosma and Laura Babcock.
But those decisions were made by a jury, not a judge alone.
