The St. Catharines Clean City Advisory Committee is looking for volunteers to help out with the annual Pitch-In Day.
This Saturday from 9 to 11 am, residents will be out helping to beautify the city, picking up trash at a variety of sites.
Some of the clean up sites includes Malcolmson Eco Park on Lakeshore Road, the QEW off ramp at Lake street, Vinage Park and the Old Welland Canal.
Gloves and garbage bags will be handed out at each of the sites.
Or you can clean up your own neighbourhood of favourite park.
Supplies are available at the Seymour Hannah arena or the Kiwanis Aquatics Centre or you can call 905-688-5600 ext. 1630 to arrange for the trash bags to be picked up.
