Niagara Regional Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 50 year old Toronto man.
Since September 2016, officers have been investigating a suspect wanted for several break and enters and thefts throughout the Niagara Region.
It was determined that the same suspect was currently being investigated by Hamilton Police Service, Waterloo Regional Police Service, Durham Regional police and York Regional Police Service for similar crimes.
As a result of the investigation by the Niagara Regional Police Service, an arrest warrant has been issued for a 50 year old Michael Winn of Toronto.
He is wanted for break and enter, disguise with intent, attempt to commit an indictable offence, theft under $5000, and breach of probation.
Police believe he is actively evading his arrest.
He has ties to Oshawa, Ajax and Toronto.
