Niagara Region Police say they stopped a vehicle on Clare Avenue Saturday that was doing 102 km/hr in a 50km zone.
Police say they received a complaint from a member of the public about the speedster.
The driver is charged with speeding and stunt driving and has also had his licence suspended and his vehicle impounded.
