A Welland man says a stress free life is in reach after winning it big.
John Duquette picked up an Instant Holiday Diamonds ticket just down the street from his home - the next morning he uncovered the top prize of $250,000.
He plans to pay off some bills, put money way, and buy his wife a vehicle.
The winning ticket was bought at Marcel's Variety on Lincoln Street in Welland.
