You may have noticed pictures of Niagara Falls partially frozen following the recent cold snap.
Chair of the Niagara Parks Commission Janice Thompson tells CKTB they have seen an increase of 45 percent of the number of people visiting the falls.
Thompson says while it appears the Horseshoe Falls have frozen completely, that's not the case.
She says it's impossible for the falls to completely freeze over because of the current, but it's beautiful to see the mist crystallize.
The 45 percent increase was experienced over the last 10 days.
