The traffic nightmares plaguing Niagara residents specifically in Niagara Falls will continue for a little bit longer.
The 420 highway has been under going some significant construction and Astrid Poei at the Ministry of Transportation says the warmer than expected November has meant a delay in winter shut down.
During winter shut down only the 420 west bound ramp to QEW Fort Erie bound will remain shut down, all the other closures will reopen.
As for Highway 58 southbound at the 406 it remains on target to re-open sometime in December.
That stretch of highway had to close unexpectedly in early Fall after emergency repairs were needed.
The entire 420 construction project is slated to wrap up in November of 2017.
