Clarence Representative Chris Collins has penned a letter to the head of Homeland Security questioning the President's call for biometric tests at U-S border crossings.

Collins noting the move would lead to massive delays at bridges between the U-S and Canada

In a report in the Buffalo News, the congressman says Western New Yorkers and our economy rely heavily on the timely movement between Canada and the U-S via the Peace Bridge.

He says before the government installs a biometric system, which could include retinal and fingerprint scans, they examine the impact it will have on transportation the border crossing.In
