A Western New York Congressman, who was one of the first out of the gate to endorse Donald Trumps presidential bid, has now become one of the first Republicans to break from Trump since he took office.

Clarence Representative Chris Collins has penned a letter to the head of Homeland Security questioning the President's call for biometric tests at U-S border crossings.

Collins noting the move would lead to massive delays at bridges between the U-S and Canada

In a report in the Buffalo News, the congressman says Western New Yorkers and our economy rely heavily on the timely movement between Canada and the U-S via the Peace Bridge.

He says before the government installs a biometric system, which could include retinal and fingerprint scans, they examine the impact it will have on transportation the border crossing.In
