Border service officers in the Southern Ontario region, processed just over 25 million travellers entering Canada last year.
They also processed over 3800 refugee and landed immigrants claims, representing a 41 percent increase from the year before.
More than 350 foreign nationals were arrested for attempting to enter the country illegally.
Seventy drunk or drug impaired drivers were arrested and three missing children were recovered.
Some of the more unusual border seizures included a rocket launcher and a woolly mammoth tusk.
