 That's when authorities are anticipating conditions to be at their worst.

 They ordered tourists to leave a 250-kilometre zone along the south coast this morning.

 It's being described as the largest mass relocation of people out of the region.

 A contingent of Canadian and American firefighters arrived in Melbourne today to help with the catastrophic conditions.
