A Second World War veteran is getting even more accolades after becoming an international sensation.
Thomas Moore has raised more than 29.5 million pounds for hospitals in the UK by walking laps of his back garden.
The 99 year old man had originally been hoping to raise just 1,000 pounds before his 100th birthday, which is today.
He became a worldwide sensation with a rendition of 'You'll Never Walk Alone' featuring him reaching the number one spot in the UK charts.
Now, he has been made an honoury colonel to mark his achievements.
Fans have also sent him more than 125,000 birthday cards so far.
