The last nine months of polling conducted by the Gandalf Group suggests that a number of the Wynne government's policies are gaining support among Ontario voters.
The polling found large support for the government's plan for a 15-dollar-an-hour minimum wage, general support for carbon pricing, and even improving assessments of the hydro file, over which the government has been consistently hammered.
Gandalf Group is headed by the man leading the Liberals' 2018 re-election bid.
The bad news for the Liberals, according to McMaster University research, is that Premier Kathleen Wynne is still personally unpopular.
