According to a new report Queen's Park is about to announce big raises for 8,500 managers and executives in the public sector.
$125 million of your money will be spent on pay hikes over the next 4 years.
The Toronto Star says the cash strapped Liberal government is being forced to boost salaries after a 7 year pay freeze.
The paper says part of the problem is managers can make more if they are in the union and are asking to be demoted.
The Star says the government is also worried about losing talented people because the pay for managers isn't inline with what they could earn in the private sector.
