Fans of the Mandarin Restuarant can chow down for free this Canada Day. Canadian citizens will be treated to a free meal on Monday at all of the Mandarin's 29 Ontario locations including Niagara Falls and St. Catharines. It's all part of the chain's 40th anniversary celebration. Diners will need to show proof of citizenship. It's all on a first come first served basis, the first seating is at noon and the last seating is at 8:30 pm.
